Ride for Sylvia

This annual ride is in memory of those tragically killed on our streets while riding their bikes just like its namesake, Sylvia Bingham, was in 2009 while riding to work. Join Sylvia's family and friends, along with your local cycling advocates for this memorial ride.

Riders will assemble at W 11th & Fairfield across from Loop Coffee Shop in Tremont on this Saturday, September 16th at 10:00am

This year's route will start going towards downtown across the Lorain-Carnegie bridge heading to the location of Sylvia’s white bike on Prospect and East 21st. The ride will conclude at Perk Park (E.12th and Chester) with a picnic lunch and some socializing. If you would like to contribute a dish to the picnic you can but it is not necessary. See the Facebook event for more details.
