We like email best:

We try hard to answer all emails quickly, as Respect is the first of our values. Please respect our time by not asking questions that are already answered by What We Do, or elsewhere on our website, which is kept as up to date as possible. Thanks!

Sorry, but we can't answer questions about what specific bikes we have for sale, as that can change at any time.

If you want to get email news about membership benefits, volunteer opportunities, or what we are up to in general, please sign up on our email subscribe page.  We won't spam you, or give your email to anyone else, ever.

Directions to the OCBC shop

OCBC is at 1823 Columbus Road, about 1/2 mile south of Downtown Cleveland, in the "Flats," right on the Cuyahoga river. Columbus Road runs north from West 25th Street (between I-90 and the West Side Market), across the river, and ends just below downtown. We're on the east side of the street, in a white metal building behind Gillespie Co., which is between the railroad tracks and the Columbus Rd bridge, next to the big cement silos. The gravel drive between Gillespie and the silos is often full of machinery, so use the next driveway south (past the mailbox), by our red and white sign which is hanging from a tree on the treelawn. Go all the way back to the river and look for the bike rack, and you can't miss our big front doors, which face the river.
